Our Story

First, I will share what God has allowed me to know and tell you a little history about me. My childhood was generally perfect and almost like any other girl. Still, when I grew up, my body was changing and reacting very differently from regular to hard food intolerances; I realized that I needed something different. Frankly, seeing people eat “normal” but not me caused me to get depressed many times. As a result, I did plenty of research to find a cure and discovered unique diets which motivated me to make low-carb and gluten-free breads and desserts. Now, I see a lot of difference in my digestion and mood. So now, I am inspired to help people who do not have many options to take care of their health by eating delicious, nourishing desserts. Hence, it gives me great joy to cook those goodies with unique characteristics you can enjoy!
